Maybe your timeline allows you the flexibility to consider doing your engagement session in a season other than “ASAP”. If so, here’s a couple of examples of the same couple in both settings.
Summer session.
Our Plan-A of doing pictures at Carley State Park was foiled on account of a prodigious amount of mud on the trails, so we strolled around the grounds of Quarry Hill Nature Center for an engagement shoot in Rochester, Minnesota.
Fall session.
By mid-October, the colors were too good to ignore, so we went out for a second session. This time we explored Chester Woods, for an engagement session just outside of Rochester.
